Ma'am, sorry for the circumstance with your son. But let's be honest here. If your son required the use of an ambulance service, WHY WOULD YOU BE DRIVING HIM AROUND TOWN? Shouldn't you have taken the liberty of calling one for your son, and not a walk-in clinic? The Kentucky ER is only 10-15 minutes from their office. WHY DID YOU MAKE ANOTHER STOP? I'm quite sure you were mistaken when he turned you away. There is an ER in both Gallatin and Franklin, KY. Why else would he choose those two cities other than another LOCAL doctor office. I think you should have made the judgement to go to an ER, not have two offices point the obvious.
