Called today to place order for chocolate gift basket for my daughter..the lady on phone was so sweet and helpful ...took her time to ensure the basket was what I wanted ..within 2 -3 hours the beautiful basket delivered to my daughter and she was very happy with her basket ...thank you oakhill flower and gifts ..you made my daughter day special ....will continue to use your shop for all my florist needs ...thank you again
They lost our online order once a d gave us a discount the next time. I recommend phoning in not buy online. Cool gifts to choose from. Last minute balloon place of choice.

Update: Oak Hill called me back today and apologized. They are even going to give me free flowers for my wife. It was a bad deal in the beginning, but I can't ask for much more from a company than to apologize and offer to make something right. Accidents happen, and from what I understand, they had no idea their phones were still being routed to that florist service. When that service discovered they couldn't compete the order, they just trashed the order. Which is why Oak Hill is probably not doing business with them. I will ship with them again.

When I called the florist, I got the automated line again. I left a voicemail. I called the number back a half hour later and reached a person at the actual shop. A guy. He told me he didn't see an order for my wife at all. While he was looking, we were disconnected. i called back, got the automated line again, hung up, called back, and reached the florist once more. A woman told me, "Well, I don't know who you talked to, but we don't have an automated service. We used to, but we don't use it anymore. I don't know what to tell you. But, I'll disconnect my phone so you can call and reach the automated line again." Big help.
So, my wife got no flowers for Valentine's day, and I got no explanation as to why. Very embarrassing for me and her. The only mistake I really made was trying to use this florist.

I tried to order flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I reached an automated line called "Your Neighborhood Florist". I talked to a live person there and ordered the flowers through her (over $150). She took my credit card information and assured me they would be delivered by 3:00 PM today. They never showed, the money was never taken out of my account.
