The last 2 times I've been and went thru the drive thru they couldn't tell me the exact amount of what I purchased leaving me to guess what to give them. Gave them a coupon that they did not apply and they kept it. The only reason I used to go was the convince of the drive thru
IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!! I just left the store and idk if the lady working tonight is the owners wife or not, but she was rude to my sister and I earlier today. And then rude again the second time. Usually I do not experience this kind of treatment here, that's why I enjoy the store. But tonight I was on the phone when I entered the store and commented to my cousin whom I was talking to that this is the second time I felt the lil Indian girl was rude to me. No direct comment to her. She had her children behind the counter and everything. And she proceeded to start and argument with me in front of her kids and other customers over a conversation I was having on my phone. Don't we have freedom of speach? Well she was very rude yellingand carrying on and I was defending myself telling her that the earlier time I had came iny sister was with me and she felt like she was rude as well. She told me to get out of the store, she wouldn't even let me purchase what I needed over a comment I made to my cousin on my phone which she shouldn't have been listening to, to begin with. I wasn't saying it loud or directly to her. I had never had a bad experience in this store before and I liked going to it. But, i feel like it was very uncalled for the way I was treated tonight. If you can't deal with a customers opinion on your attitude you should not work any kind of Customer service. These Indian people come buy all the gas stations and not all of them are rude to us but a good number of them do not like white or black people and that comes to the surface sometimes as it did today. She was very rude and very wrong and as I was leaving the store ahe continued to scream at me. Then two people that weren't even in the store started screaming at me not even knowing what had happened. They were not inside when it happened. I am far from racist. But yes I did tell her if she doesn't like our people to go back to where she came from. And I do feel that way. Why come to our country and buy up Customer service places if you are going to be rude To American people. It's not right. Now I'm not saying all Indian people are like this, but I've dealt with a lot who have bought these stores and other places that are racist to us and do not like us. So without knowing how I was treated these people screaming at me that were outside the whole time threatened me and called me a racist as I proceeded to tell her if she doesn't like our people to go back to where she is from. I'M NO RACIST. But I bet that meth head looking bleached blonde and the red neck truck driver that didn't even know what was going on are probably racist themselves, but not towards the Indians at the store who were being very rude because they don't like Americans, no but more than likely towards blacks and Mexicans that were born here and have more of a right to be here than those people do. But I got called racist by them. Talked terible to by the lady in front of her children and didn't even get to purchase the items I needed when I come in that store all the time and never had a problem until today when I was being treated badly not once but twice. I liked drakewood market until this. SHE IS THE RACIST. YOU CAN TELL BY THE WAY SHE TREATED ME! And I just feel like if you don't like Americans don't come to our country and buy places that involve Customer service!! And for the dumb redkneck truck driver whose family is probably inbred, you're a jerk and you shouldn't talk to women that way not even knowing the whole story of what was going on! I bet you beat your kids and wife! And probably never graduated school I'm surprised you could drive that truck! And don't say anything to me about her kids being there because she listened in on my conversation and started the whole thing with me!!! Yes if you don't like American people GO BACK TO INDIA OR EGYPT OR WHERE EVER YOU CAME FROM AND DON'T DO OUR PEOPLE THIS WAY!! YOU WERE WRONG AND MY COUSIN ON THE PHONE HEARD THE WHOLE THING AND SOMETHING WILL BE DONE!!!!!
