Tanning beds and bulbs are very old !! Wasted my money!!!
This place is owned by a lady named Patsy apparently. I visited this place to possibly purchase a tanning package for my fiance and casualy mentioned my business to the owner. I own a company that services other businesses on their needs and of course always take the time to at least ask if someone is interested anytime I meet a new prospective client, especially if I am looking to do business in THEIR establishment. This lady was very rude to me and made it known she was way too busy to speak to someone like me. I obviously didn't purchase the tanning package.
I was calling to join this gym and someone named Tabitha answered and hung up on me four times. Not once, not twice....FOUR TIMES. When I finally got her to answer me, I told her I had been hung up on three times already, and SHE GIGGLED. Then I asked for the manager and she informed me that SHE IS THE MANAGER and hung up on me again. The last and final time I called, she had apparently swapped phones. She did not apologize, she did not explain further than phone swap, and was NOT very friendly at all. My family and I will continue to do business in Gallatin at the civic center. NEVER will I allow this crappy place of "business" to have one single red cent of my money!
