Had 1015 appointments with friends and at noon I was the only one not taken care of for my fill in. Never again worst service ever. Nice ladies doing theverything pedicures but only 1 man for nails and he took 3 others and never spoke to me.
I arrived at 5pm and waited for an hour then left. During that hour I had to listen to a manicurist talk (loudly) about inappropriate topics that I found to be completely unprofessional and annoying. That same manicurist waited on a lady who walked in 15 minutes after me. Obviously I can't rate the quality of service because I didn't get the chance to experience it. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to a mani/pedi.
Girlfriend was told to wait 30 minutes for her pedicure and once the 30 minutes was up, was promptly told to leave and come back the next day. Awful treatment
The floor was nasty! They passed around files that were not cleaned and used by many. Unsanitary!! Hoping and praying I don't get some nail fungus. Would not recommend if you value your health.
Very unprofessional. They come in late (even though you have an appointment for first thing in the morning) and spend the entire time talking to each other about their escapades from the night before. The conversations these women have are inappropriate for a place of business that serves the public. Don't get me wrong, if you wanna go out and party all night, go for it, that's your business, but, it's your business, not mine and not everyone else in the salon either.
