This place is unreal the lieing Dr.'s there & staff do not do what they say they will they over bill ur insurance very rude as bad as the other walk in clinic in portland .I wouldn't recommend an animal to this place so unprofessional bunch of liers .
The women have been wonderful and listened to me and I am very very happy with the clinic when I see her. I did have the misfortune to see a male my last visit and he told me what I had without even looking at me "" BECAUSE THE LAST THREE PATIENTS HAD THE SAME THING." Gave me nothing because "I did not need anything". I was so sick I called my Dr. ER number and he took care of me till I could see him. I love the lady the man is a crock.
Veronica Crawley is my PCP. She's amazing. She's kind, knowledgeable, and has no problem referring me when something is out of her wheelhouse. The staff at Crossroads are great too. I happily see Jennifer when it's urgent and I don't have an appointment, and Jennifer is just as good to me. I like that they treat you like you're their only patient when they're with you. That's rare these days. I adore this office.
What a crock! Tried to get a refill on my rescue inhaler as I’ve been out of town for over two weeks and it ran out. They won’t refill it because it’s been a little over a year since I’ve been there. It’s not like I’m trying to score pain pills or something. It’s called a rescue inhaler for a reason. What a stupid policy. I realize it’s probably a doctoral policy, but still very inconvenient. Now I have to pay some random urgent care, then pay again for my inhaler. I’m not made of money.
The wait times are never less than 45 mins even with an appointment. The staff is rude and act very snippy and uncaring. The nurse practitioner is fantastic though if you can tolerate the feeling of being a burden and being talked down to.
