Thank you for helping me so graciously tonight, I am already feeling a little better. Not one person hesitated to take care of me and I felt very valued and respected and heard by all the staff and the doctor. Again, thank you so much!
the nurse was very rude and the er Dr was rude I told my boyfriend he should went too gallatin er aleast they care what's wor ng with u I told my boyfriend that if he came back here that he can come bye himself I don't like portland er at all
I will be filing a complaint with the state. I'm tired of doctors having the right to treat you like you are lying when you are not. I still have to pay $1700 for the "doctor". Which is outrageous, esp when he talked to us no more than 4 minutes, and refused to help.
Dr. Yu needs better judgment skills. I was waiting to have surgery and was dealing with horrible pain and bleeding, husband took me to the ER for a pain shot, per my doctors advice, Dr. Yu allowed me to suffer for well over an hour, he also attempted to give me Toradol(!!!) which is something I CANNOT HAVE, due to the fact that I have a bleeding disorder (VW) that they were made fully aware of. After he came in the room, in non-professional lounging clothes I would like to add, and told myself and my husband that there was no reason I needed pain medication (had done 0 tests/exams at this point), I took my own IV out and left. *Had surgery the end of September and have been relieved of my pain since about mid October, NO THANKS TO DR. YU.
My husband has been here twice and both times received excellent care in a timely manner
Been to this ER 3 times and the staff at this facility are rude disrespectful and unprofessional They treat you like I'm number not as a human being.
