Very nice and clean room. The staff is very courteous and friendly. We left early in the morning; a "grab to go" breakfast is surprisingly available. Really appreciated!!!!!
There is also a pub attached to this location... not impressed with it.
The A/C units sometimes have issues. It seems to be a simple fix, though. The bed is right up against it so if the comforter is pushed down it obstructs airflow. If they move the beds 6 inches over it might stop a few of those complaints.
We have stopped here a few times driving back from Florida. Rooms are nice and the breakfast is good.
A terrible experience that makes my kids nervous about hotels now.
When we gathered our things to check out, we found rodent holes chewed through our food boxes, which explained some of the noises during the 3 nights. We were staying on the third floor (!).
Lobby is nice but it seemed poorly managed. Ran out of many breakfast items Sunday AM without offer to replenish before breakfast hours even expired. Our room was next to adjacent bar/grille so we could hear loud music/noise in our room for an hour + after our late-night arrival. Good thing our kids don't need silence to sleep! Were "out of" pillows for sofa pull-out. Big structural crack in wall near door frame. Wine (??) stains on wallpaper in bathroom?? Dirt (?) on wall near toilet paper. Layout of furniture in room extremely odd: couldn't see TV from sofa. TV blocked mirror. Sofa bed (pulled out) blocked path to bathroom. Hope you don't need a late night potty break!
We stayed here for three nights on a family vacation to a music festival. We arrived after a 14 hour drive, just after midnight. The hostess was having a smoke break in the parking lot with her friends and wasn't interested in checking us in until she finished. But that's okay, since we had the rowdy, loud, drunk locals stumbling from the Brewster's Bar & Grill on the first floor to entertain us and make us feel extra safe and welcome. The two queen beds were barely double beds, and the pull-out wasn't prepared for us, so I had to go interrupt another smoke break to get pillows and sheets.
Cold hallways (colder than outside), no meat at breakfast, TMobile service is not good (1 bar), okay wifi, staff ok.
