Customer service isn't great. Most employees here are simply... Well, I'll put it this way- it's obvious they don't want to be there dealing with customers. However, you just can't hardly beat dairy queens frozen treats. ALWAYS go here when I have a sweet tooth and some cash on hand. But beware, it isn't cheap!
Very expensive for what you get considering it's fast food. For what I paid for 3 burger combos and 3 mini blizzards, I could have taken the family to O'Charley's. The quality and quantity does not match the price.
Fast service, friendly staff, Amazing ice cream, one of my favorite fast food restaurants, will definitely come here quite often
No other fast food restaurant in Portland can hold a flame compared to Dairy Queen. The people in there are so courteous and the restaurant is so clean it's not even funny. They hire the most respectful employees who ensure that your visit is a pleasant one. They even go out of their way to make a sandwich for me that is no longer on the menu. I'm just surprised they haven't put McDonald's out of business. The McDonald's in Portland Tennessee is a dump and it is filled with idiotic workers who can't tell their head from a hole in the ground.
Food is good, staff is usually friendly. However it's not really fast food. Usually have to wait to get your food. My food is usually correct when I do get it however
